Before You Type Anything

Check whether your question is already answered — our Methodology page covers exactly how scores are built, our Disclosure page covers how money works around here, and most Best VPN pages carry their own FAQ for common selection questions. If none of that covers it, the form above goes straight to our team.

Corrections Get Priority

Pricing, server counts, and audit status change often enough that something on this site can drift out of date between our re-tests. If you've spotted a price, feature, or audit claim that no longer matches reality, tell us the exact page and what's changed — corrections are usually the fastest thing we can verify and fix.

Reporting a Security Concern

If you're a researcher or a user who's found a real technical issue with a provider we cover — a leak, a broken kill switch, a jurisdiction change we haven't caught — this is the single highest-priority category of message we get. Include as much technical detail as you can; we take these seriously enough to re-test a provider immediately rather than waiting for a scheduled cycle.

For Providers and Partners

If you represent a VPN provider and want to discuss advertising, sponsorship, or an affiliate arrangement, include the provider name, what you're proposing, and any relevant traffic data. Per our Disclosure page, no commercial conversation changes an existing score — don't expect a partnership discussion to move a rating.

For Journalists and Researchers

We occasionally hear from people writing about digital privacy more broadly, or researchers looking at our testing methodology. We're generally glad to help — say what you need and by when.

Trying to Pick Between Two Specific Providers?

This is one of the most common messages we get. To get a useful reply quickly, tell us your actual use case (streaming, torrenting, gaming, everyday privacy, bypassing restrictive networks), your rough budget, and how many devices you need covered. Our Compare tool and scenario-specific Best VPN pages are built to answer exactly this without waiting on an email — worth trying first.

What Makes a Message Easy to Act On

Whatever you're writing about, specifics help: the exact URL if something's wrong, the provider names involved, and enough context that we're not stuck replying to ask a clarifying question first.

What We Do With What You Send

We use contact-form submissions only to respond to you — you won't end up on a mailing list, and we don't forward your message to the providers we review. If your note concerns a specific correction or security finding, we may reference the substance of it (not your identifying details) when we follow up with that provider.

How Long a Reply Takes

Most messages get a response within a few business days. Security reports and corrections move fastest since they usually need a quick verification step; partnership and press messages can take longer since they sometimes need more than one person's sign-off.

And If a Review Actually Helped

Hearing that a review or comparison helped someone make a real decision about their privacy is genuinely one of the better parts of running this site — not required, but always appreciated, and it shapes what we test next.

If You Represent a Security Research Team

We occasionally hear from independent researchers or audit firms with findings relevant to a provider we cover, separate from a one-off user bug report. We're glad to review formal findings and will credit the source when a resulting correction or score change is published, unless anonymity is specifically requested.
